Do you make allergen-free cakes and desserts?

Our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. While most of our recipes do not include nuts unless specifically requested, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available upon request.

  • For locations within 10 km, a flat fee of $25 applies.

  • For distances over 10 km, the delivery fee is $25 + $1/km (e.g., 15 km = $35).
    Please note that delivery is mandatory for cakes serving over 100 guests.

Do you rent dessert stands or offer sweet table setups?

Yes, we have a selection of elegant dessert platters available for rent. Rental pricing varies based on quantity. Sweet table setup is available for an additional fee.

How do I order?

To order a custom or wedding cake, simply fill out the appropriate inquiry form with as many details as possible—we’ll be in touch within 48 hours. Smaller orders can be finalized by phone or text, while larger or more detailed orders may include an in-person consultation.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This holds your spot even if all details haven’t been finalized. Only general info, like the number of servings is required upfront.
If another client secures the date with a deposit before you, we may no longer be able to accept your order. (Exceptions to the non-refundable policy may be made in the event of a tragic circumstance within the immediate family.) The remaining balance is due upon pickup or prior to delivery, and can be paid by cash or e-transfer.

How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier, the better—especially during peak seasons. We recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance. You can secure your date early with a deposit, even if design details are still pending. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, availability is not guaranteed.
