The Chef

Meet Chef Tania Abralian, the creative force and founder behind Pâtisserie Tania. Known affectionately as your Sweet Tooth Fairy, Tania combines a passion for art with a deep love of authentic pastry to craft beautifully personalized cakes and desserts. Her journey began at the age of 15 and flourished through her formal training at l’Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), where she completed the Professional Pastry program. Tireless in her pursuit of flavor and perfection, Chef Tania has refined her recipes with care and dedication—bringing you indulgent creations that are as delightful to the eye as they are to the palate.
